About the role

We are looking for a senior people leader to join one of our Creative Groups within LEGO Design. This role combines direct people leadership with broader leadership responsibility across the Model Design community, with a focus on strengthening leadership consistency, shared ways of working, and talent development.

It is an opportunity to lead with both depth and breadth: providing dedicated people leadership within one creative group, in close partnership with creative leads, while also contributing to the wider community of people leaders across Model Design.

The role calls for a leader who can develop individuals and teams, build alignment across a matrixed environment, and help drive organizational effectiveness in a creative setting.
