NOVENCO Building & Industry develops energy-efficient ventilation solutions for industrial and commercial customers worldwide. To support our production and continued growth, we are looking for a structured and improvement-oriented Production Engineer for our Continuous Improvement team.

In this role, you will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and other key functions to optimise processes, improve productivity and ensure stable, high-quality production. You will play a central role in translating data and operational challenges into practical improvements that create value for both customers and colleagues.

Your Impact - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production with a focus on productivity, quality, flow and delivery performance. - Analyse production processes, identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. - Support the development and standardisation of production methods, work instructions and operational processes.
