Join our production site in Skjern and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced manufacturing, driving technical performance, digitalisation, and continuous improvement across a highly automated production environment.
Meet your future team As Technical Manager, you will be based in Skjern and report directly to the General Manager. You will lead a diverse and highly skilled Technical Services organisation consisting of Project Engineers, Engineering Specialists within mechanical and electronic engineering and analytics, and a Maintenance team of experienced technicians.
Together, the team plays a crucial role in ensuring equipment reliability, delivering technical projects, and supporting production excellence. You will become part of both local and international leadership forums, collaborating closely with colleagues across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Production.
