We are looking for a Royalty Operations & Digital Transformation Manager to join our Nordic Royalty team as soon as possible. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, AI, and complex workflows and who wants to help shape smarter ways of working in a core function of the music business.

About the Role Your role will combine hands-on Danish royalty operations with royalty process development across Universal Music Nordics. As part of the Danish royalty operations team, you will help ensure accurate and timely accounting and settlements for artists and rights holders. You will work hands-on with reconciliations, validations, period-end closing, reporting, and analysis.
