Team Leader, Java Store Applications

Employment type: Full-time. Requisition: REF99131D. Are you an experienced Team Leader – or a Senior Java Engineer ready to take the next step into people-leadership? As a Team Leader for our Store Applications team, you will lead four software engineers while being an active part of the team yourself - we call it a hands-on Team Leader.

You will stay close to technology and contribute to the solutions we build. You will play an important role in ensuring that quality, security and strong engineering principles are uphold as well as developing and mentoring the people. You will lead, support, and develop the Store Applications team while also making hands-on technical contributions. You will actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development work.
