You will combine people leadership, technical development and customer understanding and ensure that HydraSpecma has the competencies and capacity needed for both today’s customer projects and tomorrow’s solutions. Leadership close to the technology Your most important responsibility is to create the conditions for the team to succeed.

You will lead employees within Lubrication, R&D and Test and ensure that the organisation has the right competencies and capacity to deliver customer projects and support HydraSpecma’s overall strategy. That requires clear priorities, structure and progress across several technical activities at the same time.

It also requires leadership close enough to the technology to ask the right questions, challenge constructively and help specialists make sound decisions. Shape the roadmap and stay close to customers You will maintain an ongoing dialogue with customers and key accounts about current and upcoming projects and technical needs.
