You will work where technology, customers and business meet and help move ideas from customer need and early concept through validation and industrialisation. From customer need to product solution Your starting point is the application and the customer.

You will translate customer and system requirements into technical specifications and product concepts and drive the development process together with colleagues from R&D, Customer Engineering, Procurement and Operations. You will follow solutions through the complete development journey from early concept and design to testing, validation, release and industrialisation.

A key part of the assignment is also to support more standardised and modular product platforms, so new solutions can be scaled across customers and applications. Technology with a commercial purpose The role is technically anchored, but the commercial perspective matters.
