Director, HR Business Partner - Climate Solutions The Impact You'll Make As Director, HR Business Partner at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping the people agenda for our Business Units Industrial Refrigeration and Micro Channel Heat Exchangers.

Based out of Denmark and with 2-3 days/week on site in Kolding, you will partner closely with leaders to help drive business performance through people, organization, and culture.
