Regional Key Client Manager

Country: Denmark. About this role We are looking for a Regional Key Client Manager to develop strategic customer partnerships, drive business growth, and enhance performance across the customer's end-to-end supply chain. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute global account strategies to drive growth across Ocean, Logistics & Services products.

- Build customer-centric, end-to-end solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams. - Own account performance, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability. - Lead and align global teams across functions, products, and geographies to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.

- Lead global tender processes and commercial negotiations to secure sustainable business outcomes. - Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and governance throughout the customer lifecycle.
