Full-Time/40 hours per week Are you ready to lead our commercial agenda and unlock the next wave of growth for Arla in Italy? This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a strategically important market and develop Arla’s Italian business through our distributor partnership with Eurofood.

You will combine strategic direction with hands-on commercial leadership, accelerating profitable growth across Lurpak®, Starbucks® and, over time, other categories in Arla’s portfolio. Italy also represents a significant private-label business, which will be an important part of your responsibilities.

Based at our office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, you will join Arla’s ROW Distributor Sales organisation and report directly to the Cluster Head of Europe. The Italian market is operated through our distributor setup with Eurofood, making close cooperation, clear priorities and strong partner leadership essential to success.

How you will make an impact You will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth in Italy, with full ownership of the commercial agenda and P&L.
