This dual role combines technical leadership with people management, giving you the opportunity to shape both our solutions and the careers of experienced engineers. You will work on business-critical systems that support risk management and core banking processes across Danske Bank.

What you will be doing As a playing coach, you will combine hands-on technical contribution with leadership responsibilities, working closely with Product Owners, architects, and risk specialists to deliver scalable solutions. Over the coming years, the processes we support will evolve significantly, requiring our IT systems to adapt accordingly.

At the same time, we are embarking on a substantial modernisation journey, where your expertise will be essential in shaping, planning, and executing the transition.
