Join Specsavers as our new Technology Product Manager for our Clinical Product Team and play a key role in shaping product strategy, enabling high-performing teams, and driving the delivery of technology solutions across Northern Europe. This role is a parental cover for 12 months.

Your role

As our Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Clinical product team and creating the conditions for them to deliver outstanding business value and setting the Strategic direction for the product together with Heads of Product Management and Architects, as well as driving the product Vision together with the Product Owner.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business priorities and strategic goals. Acting as both a people leader and product leader, you will support your teams in delivering valuable outcomes while fostering a collaborative and agile culture.
