Semco Maritime is looking for an experienced AI Lead to play a central role in shaping and accelerating our AI journey across the organisation.

Your position As AI Lead, you will sit at the centre of Semco Maritime's digital journey, working across functions and leadership levels. You will define and drive the company's AI and automation direction together with business leaders, translating strategic ambitions into practical solutions that create measurable value.

You will connect strategy to execution by improving end-to-end processes and taking solutions from concept through implementation, adoption and benefit realisation. A key part of the role is identifying the right opportunities for AI and automation across the organisation and turning them into scalable solutions that create business value.
