Your impact begins here As Strategy Partner in API Capital Projects, you help shape and drive some of the largest investments in our production of active pharmaceutical ingredients. You will structure complex challenges, turn analysis into clear recommendations, and help leadership make confident decisions at speed.

Your work strengthens how major capital projects are planned and delivered, expanding the capacity that brings treatment to more people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you'll bring

You likely bring

• - A master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Project Management or a similar field.
• - 3–5 years of relevant experience from strategy, business development, project management, transformation, capital projects or management consulting.
• - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into clear conclusions and recommendations.
• - Strong communication skills, including experience preparing presentations and decision material.
• - Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and organisational levels.
