Associate Manager, 25K EHS and Facility

. Your impact begins here As Associate Manager, 25K EHS and Facility, you will lead the team that keeps two API Manufacturing production facilities safe, compliant and ready to produce. These facilities serve marketed products and products on their way to market, so reliable work permits, health and safety support, facility management, security and housekeeping matter every day.

You will give a diverse, team clear direction and build ways of working that keep production moving safely. What you’ll bring You are a visible, structured people leader who is comfortable in a regulated production environment and at ease making clear decisions.

You will also bring

- 3-5 years of people leadership experience and a proven ability to develop individuals and teams. - At least 2 years of experience in GxP pharmaceutical production. - Experience working across functions and stakeholder levels while balancing compliance requirements and operational timelines.
