Associate Director Production Accounting

Your impact begins here As Associate Director of Production Accounting, you will lead the team that turns production activity across DPM IO into accurate, timely and meaningful financial information. Supporting 18 manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations, you will strengthen financial governance, improve transparency and simplify how production finance works.

You will support production leaders on operational decisions. What you’ll bring You combine strong production finance expertise with the ability to inspire people, build trust and deliver results through others. You are likely to bring:

• - A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• - Significant experience in production accounting, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, accounting, auditing or a related finance discipline.
• - Proven people leadership experience, including developing high-performing teams and leading successfully through change.
• - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, governance and compliance requirements, plus experience with financial close, budgeting and forecasting.
• - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions, cultures and organisational levels.
