Since our current legal counsel is retiring, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Global Finance & IT function at CO-RO.

Based at our headquarters in Frederikssund, you will act as the company’s primary in-house legal counsel and provide practical, business-oriented legal support across a broad range of legal matters. As our Legal Counsel, you will be the only employed legal professional in the organization. However, you will work closely with external law firms and specialized advisors who support CO-RO when needed.

This gives you a unique opportunity to take ownership of legal matters while leveraging external expertise in more specialized areas. Being a part of our Global IT & Finance team, you will report directly to the CFO and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, business managers and international colleagues.

Your key responsibilities You will support the business across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including:
