Lead the future of Licensing & Business Development

At 2care4 Generics you will have a central role in shaping our strategy, building our future product pipeline and leading our Licensing & Business Development team.

As part of the Generics Management Team, you will work closely with the CCO and play a key role in setting the direction for our growing business.

In close collaboration with the L&BD team and the rest of the Generics organization, you play a key role in moving projects from opportunity to execution. You will lead a team of three competent Business Development Managers and create structure, make priorities and set direction.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial work: identifying opportunities, developing partnerships and ensuring progress on the projects that matter most. Your key responsibilities together with the team will include:
