What will you be doing? Reporting to the Plant Manager you will manage the operation of all quality, health and safety and environmental aspects of the plant. You will foster an ethos of maximum plant reliability, flexibility and availability whilst still attaining high standards of quality, health and safety & environmental performance and compliance.

Summary of key responsibilities

- Monitor and promote Company operational and HS&E KPIs and drive a program which delivers against these. - Provide HSE guidance to the plant team and support corporate initiatives whilst ensuring that statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are developed, reviewed, communicated and implemented appropriately.
