Join Analytical Characterisation within Global Manufacturing & Supply and help shape how we support product development and manufacturing across Novo Nordisk. The Position As Senior Manager, you will lead a newly established team of 23 experienced scientists, specialists and technicians working with biophysical analysis and the characterisation of liquid and solid dosage forms.

Your team handles the largest sample volume in the department, making clear priorities, high-quality results and timely reporting essential for our customers. You will report to the Director of Analytical Characterisation and join the department leadership team alongside four Senior Manager colleagues.
