PILOT TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD

As the Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing the pilot recruitment function in cloise collaboration with all SAS Air Operator Certificates (AOCs). In this role, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while overseeing the end-to-end pilot recruitment process, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong candidate experience.

You will work closely with business leaders, Pilot Assessors, Planning, Training and other teams to attract, assess, and hire the pilots needed to support SAS's operational ambitions.
