The team plays a central role in shaping the future of our largest and most important product category, working at the intersection of customer needs, innovation, strategy and commercial performance. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and regional organisations around the world.

Together, we translate market opportunities and customer insights into product portfolio decisions that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
