Engineer – Loads and Analytics R&D

Employment type: Full time. Remote: Hybrid. Requisition: 26011388. As an Engineer Loads & Analytics R&D, you will support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of wind turbine technologies through engineering analysis, simulation, and data-driven insights.

You will work with operational data, analytical tools, and engineering methodologies to evaluate turbine performance, investigate technical challenges, and contribute to product reliability and innovation. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• - Perform engineering investigations using simulations, measurements, and operational data to identify and resolve technical issues related to wind turbine performance and loads.
• - Develop and apply analytical methods to evaluate turbine behavior, validate product requirements, and support engineering decisions across large data sets.
• - Support the development and maintenance of simulation models, optimization tools, and automated workflows used for design verification and performance assessment.
• - Analyze operational and measurement data to generate insights that improve turbine reliability, performance, and engineering efficiency.
