Logistics Coordinator - Export & Customs

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: 3129525. Siemens Odense is looking for a proactive and service-minded Logistics Coordinator to support our global logistics operations. You will help ensure that shipments are delivered worldwide safely, compliantly, on time, and cost-effectively.

Working closely with colleagues, customers, freight forwarders, and suppliers, you will coordinate transportation, customs activities, export documentation, and daily logistics operations. No two days are alike, and we value a willingness to learn just as much as prior experience. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate global shipments by air, sea, road, and courier. - Manage freight forwarders and transportation providers.

- Handle export, import, customs, and trade compliance activities. - Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation. - Support dangerous goods transportation and compliance. - Collaborate closely with warehouse, project, and order management teams.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvements in logistics processes, cost efficiency, and service levels.
