Professional Services & Consulting (broad employer-services fallback). As Project Leader for Ghana Climate Atlas, you will play a central role in an international climate data initiative that supports evidence-based decision making for policymakers, researchers and local stakeholders.

You will be responsible for turning plans into practice and ensuring that the atlas becomes a robust, user-oriented tool that can be applied in real-world climate adaptation and planning. The role combines scientific leadership in numerical climate modeling, project management, stakeholder engagement and close collaboration with technical experts in both Ghana and Denmark.

You will work closely with colleagues involved in Climate Atlas Denmark at the Danish Meteorological Institute and with partners at the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet). You will have clear responsibility for progress, quality and scientific coherence, while being part of a supportive team and a learning-oriented environment.
