As the Regional Perfo & Transformation Manager at Satair, you will act as the primary representative for the Commercial Process, Performance & Transformation (ASCX) team in your region.

You will bridge the gap between regional teams and the central ASCX pillars of processes, performance, data analytics, and automation to support Satair's commercial objectives. We are looking for a structured, results-oriented leader who can influence without authority and advocate for the region's needs within a complex, shared Airbus ecosystem.

What the job is You will report to the Head of Commercial Data Analytics (HO ASCXY) and integrate into a multi-disciplinary team spread across the globe. In this role, you will serve as the regional node for a centralized cross-functional team, meaning you will not have direct reports but will lead by influence across regional commercial teams, account directors, and operations.
