About the team

You will join our Foundation Firmware area within the R&D Device SW organization — a group of about 25 highly skilled engineers working in three scrum teams. Together we build and maintain the low level firmware that forms the foundation of all Demant hearing device software platforms. We work closely with hardware, software and production teams throughout every stage of platform development.

The atmosphere in the team is informal, friendly, and highly engaged. We believe the best results come from a fruitful team effort. We support each other, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge and ideas to continuously improve our solutions and reach common goals.
