Microsoft D365 CE Functional Consultant - Global IT

To support our ambitious business strategy, we are transforming our global digital landscape. Over the next 6–8 years, we will replace more than 100 business applications and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement across 25 countries.

As a Functional Consultant, you'll become part of one of Demant's largest and most strategic transformation programs, helping shape the global D365 CE platform that will support our Hearing Care business for years to come.

Your role

You'll join a transformation program of around 90 specialists, working alongside Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Functional Consultants, UX specialists and business stakeholders. Together, we're building a scalable global platform and continuously onboarding new countries.

Your focus will be to understand business needs, design and configure robust D365 CE solutions, and ensure high-quality deliveries that can be reused across markets.
