- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field - Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) - Strong Communication & Presentation Skills - Experience with Construction or CQV - Ability to lead a team and mentor others Preferred qualifications:
