Employment type: Full time. Requisition: 0000038846. Country: Denmark. Job Description As Team Leader for LEGO Building Experience Development, you will lead a team creating high-quality physical and digital building experiences for LEGO builders of tomorrow.

You will guide people, priorities and delivery, ensuring that our building instructions are intuitive, age-appropriate and grounded in consumer insight. Core Responsibilities In this role, you will:

• - Lead the daily operations of the LEGO Building Experience Development team, balancing internal customer needs, priorities and delivery demands.
• - Take responsibility for people leadership and employee-related activities, guiding the team across day-to-day work, projects and product deliveries.
• - Support the development of team members through regular one-to-one conversations, coaching and constructive sparring.
• - Set the tactical and operational direction for the department, ensuring strong delivery across tasks, projects and product development activities.
• - Align project plans, resource capacity, milestones and deadlines with key stakeholders, creating transparency around progress, risks and dependencies.
