FCP Onboarding Specialist (Consumer Onboarding)

As our new FCP Onboarding Specialist you'll join the Financial Crime Prevention team based in Copenhagen, working to make sure every private customer starts their Lunar journey the right way — compliantly, quickly, and with care. What will you do? Assess and process consumer onboarding applications end-to-end, ensuring high-quality, compliant customer intake across every case you touch.

Conduct KYC and sanctions screening in line with applicable compliance requirements, verifying documentation and maintaining full data accuracy in our internal systems. Handle customer contact via email, messages, and phone — making the onboarding experience feel smooth and professional from the very first interaction.
