We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Topsoe and help us attract and hire the people who will contribute to our continued efforts to develop a sustainable future fueled by science.
The role
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive recruitment processes proactively from initial briefing to final offer. You will work closely with hiring managers, their teams and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define clear role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates at speed.
You will act as a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers at all levels and provide professional advice throughout the recruitment and selection process. The role covers a broad range of positions—from blue-collar employees at our production sites to highly specialized and senior roles. Geographically, most of the roles are located in Denmark and Poland.
