About the role
As our End2End Specialist within Mould Design, you will drive quality improvements across the first LEGO® Mould Design organization. You'll identify where the greatest opportunities exist, set priorities for end-to-end projects, and work closely with specialists and leaders across multiple departments to define and implement the right technical solutions.
You'll play a key role in shaping quality, capability development, and engineering excellence while leading complex initiatives from investigation through implementation. Required Qualifications - Delivered quality improvement initiatives across complex engineering or manufacturing environments. - Led large cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
