About the role

As our Capacity & Capability Manager, you'll secure feasible capacity planning and workflows across selected LEGO DESiGN functions and capability groups. You'll support long-term resource planning while managing short-term capacity and delivery feasibility. You'll help create and maintain the foundation for LEGO DESiGN teams to level workloads, plan tasks and make informed decisions using reliable performance data.

• Required Qualifications - Delivered capacity, demand or portfolio planning across multiple business functions, aligning resources, priorities, and delivery commitments.
