Business Analyst (Project & Portfolio Management)

Do you want to shape how we manage projects and portfolios at scale? We are looking for a Business Analyst and Product Owner to take ownership of Ambu’s Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) system and lead the development of portfolio reporting and insights.

In this role, you will enable efficient project execution across R&D by ensuring that systems, data, and governance provide the right foundation for planning, prioritization, and decision-making. You will also play a key role in driving the adoption of AI across the PMO and supporting the R&D organization in leveraging AI to improve ways of working and decision-making.

Key responsibilities
