Experienced Scrum Master for SW Applications

A/S is currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark As Scrum Master in our Agile Release Train (ART), you will play an important role in bringing our purpose of Together, we rethink solutions to save lives and improve patient care. You will help strengthen Agile Ways of Working, foster cross-functional collaboration, and create transparency around delivery and progress.

In addition, you will actively build Agile capabilities across the organization through training and coaching, supporting teams and stakeholders in their Agile journey. You will be part of a strong community of Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters supporting Agile Release Trains across our development Process.

Within the Global Agile Transformation & Delivery team, you will help Agile teams successfully deliver on their PI commitments while continuously improving how we work.

Key responsibilities
