We are looking for a new Operator for our Quality Control department, who will be part of our growth journey and contribute to our overall purpose – to create safety for people through advanced technology. Your role in our team As our new Operator, you will be part of a production where quality, cooperation and structure are in focus.

Terma Aerostructures is facing an exciting future with great growth, which means many new employees over the next few years, as well as improvement/expansion of production equipment. As part of the Quality Control department, you will work closely with a team consisting of 40 employees divided into 2 shifts. You will be part of an everyday life with an informal tone, where we emphasize succeeding together as a team.

The working hours are as follows:

Day shift

Monday – Friday 06:00 – 13:44 Evening shift:
