As Part of the Department At EG Digital Welfare, we build software that solves real problems for citizens and employees across the welfare sector - spanning HSEQ, EdTech, self-service, and case management systems for the social and youth area. We work in a product-led organization, and our customers are primarily Danish and Norwegian municipalities and regions.

You'll join our Product Management team - Product Managers, UX designers and Business Analysts - spread across our offices in Aarhus, Ballerup, Odense and Aalborg. You'll get your base at one of these locations.

Your Tasks

Scaling AI-Powered Tools You'll work closely with your colleagues to build the tools and workflows that make the team faster and sharper - not by writing product features, but by building the AI-powered infrastructure behind how we work.
