Develop long-term strategies for LEGO Botanicals, LEGO Art, as well the bigger territory of decor for adults in alignment with broader organizational goals and market trends.

Portfolio & Marketing

Lead product portfolio and marketing strategy to establish the LEGO brand’s impact in adult lifestyle spaces—focusing on innovation, breakthrough Go-to-Market that shift perceptions of the brand from “children’s toy” only to a design & creative medium.

Franchise Accountability

Oversee business strategy and execution for LEGO Botanicals and LEGO Art, ensuring they meet commercial objectives. Drive alignment between different franchises to optimize performance.
