0000032529 Category Creative & Design Location Billund, Denmark Job Description We are looking for a Design Manager Sports, Graphic Design to strengthen and align graphic design execution across multiple sports franchises. In this role, you will work closely with Creative Leads from each team, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across visual identities, campaigns, and partnership assets.

This role will oversee visual identity systems, and partnership assets across several cross-franchise teams! Core Responsibilities Lead the creative process for sport graphic design, from concept to production. Act as the single point of contact for leadership regarding graphic design related matters across all sports franchises.

Align design direction with business goals and ensure design contributes to product success and brand growth. Develop, implement, and maintain design guidelines and visual systems to ensure brand consistency across franchises. Facilitate collaboration between franchise design leads, encouraging knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
