We're looking for an experienced Producer to join our Video & Live Production team at Novo.
Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners. You will plan, direct and deliver impactful live, hybrid and recorded productions while ensuring technical excellence from concept to execution. Your new role Your main responsibilities will be:
- - Lead the planning, direction and delivery of high-quality live, hybrid and recorded productions, ensuring engaging experiences for audiences across Novo.
- - Direct live broadcasts from the gallery and take on additional production roles when needed, ensuring smooth execution from preparation to delivery.
- - Design and implement technical production setups, broadcast workflows and visual concepts, including studios, scenery and graphics.
