Are you an expert within food production engineering with a keen interest in sustainability? Then perhaps you are our new professor. The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) invites applications for a position as Professor in Sustainable Food Processing and Head of the Research Group for Food Production Engineering. The position is affiliated to the National Food Institute at DTU.
The professor is expected to provide scientific leadership within sustainable food processing and to contribute to the development of future food production systems through research and innovation at the interface of food processing, food materials science, and product functionality.
Additionally, the new professor should support and engage in the ongoing development and visions for the many teaching activities at BSc, MSC and PhD level within the field, which is undertaken by this research group.
The position should strengthen the international profile of the institute and support the development of sustainable, high-quality, resource-efficient, and health-promoting food production technologies and products. We offer a friendly, dynamic and inclusive work environment.
