The Impact You'll Make As our Senior Customer Success Engineer – District Heating Networks, you’ll play a key role in driving the green energy transition in district heating by delivering and supporting Leanheat® Network, our thermo-hydraulic network modelling and online network model product, as part of the Leanheat® Software Suite & Services.
Your impact? You’ll help utilities understand and operate their networks with confidence. By building and calibrating hydraulic models, commissioning online models connected to live SCADA data, and supporting customers in daily operation, you’ll turn network physics into better operating decisions – lower temperatures, lower losses and more reliable supply.
You’ll be the bridge between our partners, customer utilities and our development team. You’ll lead the technical discussions, translate customer needs into clear requirements with business impact, and help us decide what matters most.
