Field Marketing & Events Manager

Employment type: FULLTIME. Requisition: field-marketing-and-events-manager. You run the room. Somebody else stands in front of it.

Our founders host the roundtables and webinars. Your job is to make each one happen, the right twelve people invited, the venue booked, the food ordered, the follow-up out the door within 48 hours, and the recap turned into something we can use for the next six months. It is a marketing generalist role with real logistics in it, and we would rather be blunt about that up front than have you discover it in week three.

About PentimentiPentimenti builds AI for bid and tender work. Our platform, Atlas, runs the proposal workflow rather than assisting around the edges of it: it reads the tender, retrieves a team's own approved content, drafts structured responses, and keeps win themes consistent across a submission.
