Global Finance Director

Employment type: FULLTIME. BIG has grown significantly in scale and complexity over the past years, and we are now looking for a Global Finance Director to help lead the upgrade of our global finance function.

Working closely with the CFO, this role will strengthen financial operations across offices, integrate finance more closely with project economy and project controlling, and help create smarter, more efficient ways of working through digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

We are looking for a high-energy finance leader who is curious, hands-on, and motivated by understanding what works, what needs to evolve, and how to bring people with them through change. This is a role for someone who can lead and motivate teams across countries and time zones while acting as a strong day-to-day operational leader and trusted sparring partner to the CFO.

The Global Finance Director will have people responsibility for managing our global Finance Operations team, which currently consists of 8 colleagues, who cover the disciplines of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll.
