By defining and driving the power electronics architecture of our frequency converters, you will develop more energy-efficient, reliable, and sustainable motor control solutions. Your impact?

You will define the technical direction of future drive platforms, ensuring optimal performance, cost competitiveness, reliability, and scalability. Your work will directly support our customers' efforts to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact while accelerating the transition toward electrification.
