As our new Senior Research Scientist, you will play a key role in strengthening sequencing capabilities, digital scientific workflows, and AI readiness across Novonesis.
Working alongside laboratory technicians, scientists, bioinformaticians, automation specialists, and data scientists, you will help bridge laboratory science, data innovation, and technology development to accelerate microbial research and product development.
We are a collaborative team of 14 dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians who value scientific curiosity, knowledge sharing, psychological safety, and a shared commitment to turning complex scientific questions into practical solutions.
