• We are looking for a Master Drawing Coordinator to help maintain and develop the master drawing archive for a large Nordic site portfolio.

About the role

In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring that building drawings and related documentation are accurate, up to date, and easy to trust. You will work with clear processes, defined standards, and colleagues who depend on reliable drawing information to make good decisions. You will coordinate drawing updates across 100+ sites, managing change requests from intake to publication.

This includes reviewing submitted information, clarifying missing details, updating drawings where relevant, coordinating with stakeholders, checking quality, and ensuring approved versions are published and archived correctly.

About you

You enjoy working with structure, standards, and accuracy. You are comfortable handling detailed information, following processes, and keeping documentation under control.
