Project Capture Manager

To strengthen our work with bids and proposals, we are looking for a Project Capture Manager who will assume a pivotal role in delivering winning proposals.

Your Role The Project Capture Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end development of customer proposals, ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, legal, and business stakeholders. The role bridges technical solution design, program planning, cost estimation, and commercial governance to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.

Your tasks include

Proposal Coordination & Governance

Coordinate and synchronize proposal activities across technical teams, Sales, and Business Management, acting as the central point of contact and remain engaged through to contract signature, working with Legal & Contract Managers to ensure that technical solutions, assumptions, schedules, and resource commitments are robust, realistic, and executable, challenging them where required.

Proposal Content Development

Contribute to key proposal sections including execution approach, governance, milestones, and risks, while developing schedules and ensuring content is consistent, compliant, and aligned with requirements1 …
