Project Manager – Early Phase Space Mission Studies

Employment type: FULLTIME. Shape the foundations of future space missions We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead early-phase studies and development activities for space missions.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming mission concepts into mature, well-structured programs by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing institutional interfaces, and ensuring delivery in line with ESA / ECSS standards.

You will join our Advanced Missions and Programs team, working at the front end of space programs where mission success is defined through robust studies, sound planning, and disciplined project execution.

Your Role As Project Manager for Early Phase Space Activities, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of study and development projects covering mission analysis, system definition, architecture trades, and technology maturation. Your leadership will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the quality expected by institutional customers.
